• Diet plans and supplements (if any) are recommended only after detailed discussions, clinical assessments, and analysis of relevant medical reports. However, clients are strongly advised to consult their physician (doctor) before starting any diet, supplement, or treatment plan.
• Our services and recommendations do not replace, substitute, or override the advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a doctor.
• Our programs are designed based on professional expertise, industry experience, and continuous feedback from clients. Clients are requested to carefully review our process, expectations, pricing, and terms & conditions before enrolling in any program.
• Our objective is to support long-term lifestyle changes. This requires consistent effort, discipline, and commitment from the client. While we are dedicated to delivering our best services, clients are expected to demonstrate equal commitment, honesty, patience, and adherence throughout the program.
• Clients are solely responsible for promptly informing us of any food intolerance, allergies, or health-related issues experienced during the course of the program.
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. However, based on experience and client compliance, realistic goals (such as safe weight loss of approximately 2–3 kg per month) may be achieved.
• Continuity and discipline are essential for the effectiveness of the program. Breaks are discouraged except in genuine emergencies. No extensions will be granted if the client fails to follow the plan or utilize consultations within the validity period. Unused plans will automatically lapse after the enrolment period.
• Follow-up sessions will be scheduled in advance. In case a client misses an appointment or is unavailable, it is the client’s responsibility to reschedule within the program duration.
